A huge congratulations to Daniella and Raymond who were married in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the Italian gardens at DeVere Theobalds Estate.

Daniella stayed at Theobalds the night before the wedding and when I arrived all of the girls were in the carpenter room in the mansion house getting ready, so I started with lots of natural, documentary photography of the bridal preps. Daniella had 9 bridesmaids and 3 flowers girls so it was a lot of fun to photograph with so much going on. I took some beautiful detail shots of the dresses and shoes as well as the bridal flowers – and of course the goldfish swimming in the table centre pieces in the wedding breakfast room! Raymond and his ushers arrived and I got lots of shots of them putting their button holes flowers on before heading down to the pergola to wait for the blushing bride! It was nice autumn day and the outdoor ceremony was was a magical backdrop for the wedding ceremony. Shortly afterwards, I whisked the bride and groom off for the bridal photoshoot at Theobalds Park. We used the mansion house as the backdrop before heading inside to take some beautiful photographs on the spiral staircase. During the reception, speeches and into the evening, I used a documentary approach to capture all of the tears and laughter as it unfolded around me.
