Congratulations and best wishes to Laura and Dan who were married in the fabulous barn at Bassmead Manor.
Laura and the girls were all getting ready in the beautiful bridal boudoir at Bassmead Manor, so I started with lots of natural photos of them all getting ready, having their hair and make up done and getting into their dresses. Dan and his best man got ready in the Appletree cottage and I met them for some photos as they put their flowers on heir jackets and we went to take some posed shots in the beautiful grounds. The wedding was held in the fabulous rickety barn with all of its old world charm and atmospheric lighting and the weather duly obliged with a thunder storm at the end of the ceremony. The guests were mingling during the reception and i took lots of natural, documentary photographs before I took the couple off for a photoshoot in the grounds around Bassmead. Following the speeches, the sun was dropping behind the venue so I took Laura and Dan into the fields for some shots of the two of them with the sun peeping over the trees near the horizon and a beautiful photograph of them on a fallen tree with a huge pink cloud behind their heads. I continued with natural photography for th rest of the evening for the cake cutting and first dance and evening reception.
